RD Machine employs a variety of top-quality inspection technology and personnel:
We have a Brown & Sharpe Xcel 7-10-7CMM that is programmed by part number, allowing our Machinist to check parts faster and more accurately.
The Profile 50 Vision System machine enables us to check our turned parts for concentricity, roundness, and all lengths and diameters in relation to each other.
Manual CMM is also used for quick spot checks to verify accuracy throughout our projects.
